REGISTRATION

 

For enrollment please use the following enrollment form from 22nd of May 2026 (20:00 CET) until September 24, 2026 (23.59 CET) latest or until the capacity of the race will be filled.

When registering, please enter your first and last name with proper accents and in full (not a nickname, shortened name, etc.). Please include your birth date with the day and month. Otherwise, it won’t be possible to submit your result for the Slovak Ultratrail League and ITRA.

Minimal age of the participant:

​

The participation is possible only for persons with age of 18 years at least 1 day before the date of the start. 

 

Registration conditions:

​

  1. Only a person who has registered in advance in the prescribed manner (it is not possible to register directly at the start) and has paid the set entry fee can participate in the Javornícka stovka event.

  2. Registration for the event is only possible through the electronic registration portal VysledkovyServis.sk.

  3. If the participant limit is reached, it will be possible to register as a substitute.

  4. Online registration will end on 24.09.2026 at 23:59, or when the participant limit is reached.

  5. A participant becomes officially registered only after paying the entry fee. Immediately after payment, the participant's name will appear on the list of registered participants, and a confirmation email will be sent. When filling out the application, it is necessary to use diacritics.

  6. We recommend creating an account on the registration site, which will allow you to make any changes to your application for free.

  7. Any questions regarding online registration can be addressed to VysledkovyServis.sk at the email address: prihlaska@vysledkovyservis.sk.

  8. The entry fee for one participant is 89 EUR.

  9. The entry fee can be paid in two ways: by card or by bank transfer. Both options will be offered when filling out the online registration form. If you pay by card, the participant's name will appear on the list of registered participants immediately. If you choose to pay by bank transfer, you will receive an email with instructions for payment via QR code or standard bank transfer. We recommend checking your SPAM/ADS folder. The participant's name will appear on the list of registered participants once the payment has been credited to the account.

  10. The deadline for payment of the entry fee is 7 calendar days from the registration date. After this period, it is not possible to register with a bank transfer.

  11. On-site registration is not possible.

  12. The maximum number of participants is 200.​

 

Transferring registration to another person:

 

  1. You can transfer your registration to another person no later than Wednesday, 07.10.2026, by 12:00 CET.

  2. If you created an account on vysledkovyservis.sk, you can transfer the entry fee to another person or make other changes to your application for free. Otherwise, you can transfer the race number to another person for a handling fee of 5 EUR.

  3. You can change the race number to another participant on the VysledkovyServis.sk website. In the main menu, select "Change Application" and enter all the details of the new participant.

  4. The change must be made by the person who was originally registered. The new participant will receive the race pack. Once the race pack has been picked up, transferring the race number is no longer possible.

  5. The person to whom the registration is transferred must meet the conditions valid for participating in the event – Section I of the Regulations.

  6. The entry fee is non-refundable if the registration is transferred to another person, and settling the entry fee is up to the original participant and their replacement.

Cancellation of registration:

​

  1. To cancel your participation in the event, you need to send an email to: prihlaska@vysledkovyservis.sk. Cancellation announced verbally, by phone call, or via social media will not be accepted.

  2. The registration fee (entry fee) will be refunded along with the fee for transport to the start, accommodation in Čadca, and luggage transport, if booked, minus a cancellation fee of 20 EUR, but only if the information about canceling the registration for Javornícka stovka is sent via email to: prihlaska@vysledkovyservis.sk before September 24, 2026, 23:59 CET. The email must include your first and last name, registration number, and bank account number for the refund of the registration fee.
